Woman Fatally Shot in Landover Home; Prince George’s Police Launch Homicide Investigation

On Saturday, May 10, 2025, a tragic incident unfolded in Landover, Maryland, as a woman was fatally shot inside her home on Ray Leonard Road. Prince George’s County Police responded to the 1900 block of Ray Leonard Road around 2:20 p.m. following reports of a shooting. Upon arrival, officers discovered the woman suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. She was pronounced dead at the scene.
