On May 20 (Tuesday Evening )local authorities received a report concerning an alleged incident of indecent exposure in the 3000 block of Shattuck Arms Blvd in Saginaw, Michigan. According to the caller, a 23-year-old white male was observed engaging in lewd behavior while positioned beneath a carport in the residential area.
The suspect was described as wearing a black hoodie with the hood up and was reportedly exposing himself (“🍆 out” as described in the original call). He was seen either standing near or seated inside a white sedan at the time of the incident. The concerned citizen contacted emergency services immediately upon observing the suspect’s inappropriate conduct.
Law Enforcement Response:
Upon receiving the report, officers were promptly dispatched to the scene to investigate the situation. Responders arrived and conducted a thorough search of the carports, surrounding parking areas, and nearby streets for any individuals matching the suspect’s description or for the presence of a white sedan.
Despite the detailed nature of the report and the swift response by law enforcement, officers were unable to locate any individual fitting the provided description. There were no signs of the reported vehicle at the scene during the time of the search, and no additional witnesses came forward with information. Officers canvassed nearby residents to determine if anyone else had observed suspicious activity, but no corroborating reports were received.
