Headline: Third Suspect Arrested in Deadly Forest Park Gang Shooting; Outcast Motorcycle Gang Member Faces Felony Murder Charge

Posted on June 17, 2025 by Usainsightreport

ATLANTA, Ga  — A significant development has emerged in the investigation into the deadly double shooting that occurred in Forest Park back in April. The Clayton County Sheriff’s Office confirmed Monday that a third suspect has been arrested in connection with the fatal incident that authorities say involved members of a violent motorcycle gang.

Marvin Judge, a known affiliate of the Outcast Motorcycle Gang, was taken into custody following a coordinated operation between the Forest Park Police Department and the Butts County Sheriff’s Office, according to Sheriff Levon Allen. Judge now faces serious charges, including felony murder and violation of Georgia’s Street Gang Terrorism and Prevention Act — a law that targets criminal activity involving organized street gangs.

The arrest of Marvin Judge comes after the earlier apprehension of Nigel Blackwood and Donnell McKnight, who were taken into custody last month as the investigation gained momentum. Law enforcement officials have not released extensive details about the events that led to the April shooting, but they have described it as a violent and calculated attack stemming from gang-related tensions, potentially fueled by longstanding rivalries and internal disputes within outlaw motorcycle groups.

According to officials, the shooting left two individuals dead, rocking the typically quiet neighborhood in Forest Park, a suburban area just south of Atlanta. Residents were shaken by the eruption of violence and the presence of a criminal element often associated with high-level drug trafficking, weapons violations, and racketeering.

Sheriff Allen emphasized the importance of collaborative policing in the arrest of Marvin Judge. “We are seeing the results of strong partnerships between local law enforcement agencies. This case highlights the level of coordination required to dismantle dangerous criminal networks like the Outcast Motorcycle Gang,” he stated during a press briefing.

The Outcast Motorcycle Gang, which originated in Georgia and has chapters across the Southeast, has long been on the radar of federal and state law enforcement due to its alleged involvement in organized crime. Known for its insular nature and aggressive protection of its members, the group has been linked to a variety of violent crimes in the past.

As the investigation continues, authorities are tight-lipped about whether additional arrests are expected or if others may have played a role in the April shooting. However, law enforcement sources indicate that the case remains active and that more developments may be forthcoming as prosecutors prepare to pursue charges under Georgia’s anti-gang statutes.

Residents in Forest Park remain on edge, with many hoping this latest arrest brings some measure of closure and justice for the victims’ families. Community leaders and public safety advocates have renewed calls for increased resources to combat gang activity and improve public safety in neighborhoods vulnerable to such violence.

As of now, Marvin Judge remains in custody, and his initial court appearance is expected later this week. Investigators continue to urge anyone with information about the incident to contact Forest Park Police or the Clayton County Sheriff’s Office.

The tragedy has sparked broader conversations in Georgia about gang enforcement, community outreach, and the need for both preventative and punitive measures to address gang-related crime — issues that will likely remain at the forefront as this case unfolds.
