In Loving Memory of Jerome D. Waring III
Milwaukee, Wisconsin – With deep sorrow and heavy hearts, we announce the passing of Jerome D. Waring III, who departed this life far too soon on June 19, 2025, at the young age of 23. The loss of Jerome has cast a profound shadow over the Milwaukee community, as family, friends, and loved ones come to terms with the absence of someone whose light shined so brightly in their lives.
Jerome was a vibrant and spirited individual—known for his infectious smile, his generous heart, and his unwavering loyalty to the people he loved. Whether you knew him as a friend, a relative, a neighbor, or simply as someone who brightened your day in passing, Jerome left an impression that will not be forgotten. His laughter, his energy, and his kindness resonated deeply with all who had the privilege of knowing him.
Raised in Milwaukee, Jerome was deeply connected to his roots. He found strength in his family and joy in his community. He carried with him a strong sense of pride and purpose, always striving to lift up those around him, often putting the needs of others before his own. Jerome was more than just a young man with promise—he was a beacon of compassion, strength, and quiet resilience.
Though his time on earth was short, Jerome’s legacy will live on through the countless lives he touched. His memory will echo in every smile he inspired, every heart he comforted, and every story told in his honor.
A visitation will be held on Saturday, July 5, 2025, from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Chapel of Reid’s New Golden Gate Funeral Home, where loved ones will gather to remember, reflect, and celebrate the life of a young man who meant so much to so many.
As we prepare to say goodbye, let us also hold fast to the joy Jerome brought into this world. In grief, there is gratitude—for having known him, loved him, and walked alongside him in this life.
