Sacramento, CA – The Sacramento Police Department is urgently requesting the public’s assistance in locating a missing individual classified as at-risk due to a medical condition. The missing person has been identified as 33-year-old Lovett Moore, who is considered legally blind and was last seen in the early hours of July 3, 2025.
According to police, Lovett was last observed around 12:30 a.m. in the 3200 block of Arena Boulevard, located in North Natomas. At the time of his disappearance, he was wearing a green shirt and black shorts with a white stripe. He is described as standing 5 feet 8 inches tall, weighing approximately 167 pounds, with black hair.
Lovett’s condition places him at heightened risk, particularly given the time and location he was last seen. His disappearance has raised significant concern among law enforcement and his loved ones, who say this behavior is unusual for him.
“We are deeply concerned for Lovett’s well-being,” said a spokesperson for the Sacramento Police Department. “Given his visual impairment, we consider him vulnerable and ask the public to be on the lookout. Time is critical in situations like this.”
