The world has lost a radiant soul with the passing of Joshua Kionte Blackwell, who left us far too soon on April 29, 2025, at just 32 years of age. He was a beloved son, friend, confidant, and a bright spirit in the Henderson, Nevada community — one whose laughter could light up a room and whose compassion knew no bounds.
Joshua lived with heart. Those who knew him will remember not only his smile and quick wit, but also his unwavering loyalty and kindness. He had a gift for making people feel seen and heard, often placing the needs of others before his own. Whether through simple acts of kindness or deep, meaningful conversations, Joshua had a way of making every interaction feel important. He lived authentically, loved generously, and gave without expecting anything in return.

A memorial service to honor and celebrate Joshua’s life will take place on May 16, 2025, at Palm Mortuary – Henderson. Friends, family, and all who knew and loved Joshua are invited to come together in remembrance and gratitude for the life he lived.
