Northwoods, MO – The City of Northwoods Police Department – St. Louis County is urgently seeking the public’s help in locating 4-year-old Anthony Terrell Jackson, affectionately known as “AT,” who was abducted by his non-custodial father on the evening of Wednesday, July 2, 2025.
According to investigators, Anthony was last seen at approximately 6:15 p.m. when he was forcibly taken from his mother’s residence on the 7000 block of Winchester Drive. The suspect in this case has been identified as Joseph Vincent Jackson, Jr., who does not have legal custody of the child.
Authorities believe Joseph Jackson, Jr. may be traveling with the child in a dark gray Hyundai Genesis, a four-door sedan. The vehicle’s license plate number has not been confirmed at this time, but the model and color are crucial identifiers.

CURRENT STATUS:
The child is considered to be in potential danger, and time is of the essence in locating him safely. Law enforcement is treating this as an active child abduction case and is working closely with other local, state, and national agencies, including the National Center for Missing and Endangered, Inc. (NCME).
