Rebecca Manchester, 44, of Oswego, has been charged with two counts of Murder in the 2nd Degree (A-I felony), two counts of Assault in the 1st Degree (B felony), Criminal Possession of a Weapon in the 3rd Degree (D felony), and two counts of Robbery in the 1st Degree (B felony).
