Help Us Locate: 13-Year-Old Rome White Missing from Woodstock, Georgia

WOODSTOCK, GA – The Woodstock Police Department is urgently requesting the public’s assistance in locating a missing child, 13-year-old Rome White, whose sudden disappearance has left family, friends, and community members deeply concerned for his safety and well-being.

Rome was last seen earlier today heading southbound on South Cherokee Lane. At the time of his disappearance, he was wearing a blue T-shirt and shorts. He is described as a young male with a slim build, standing approximately average height for his age, with distinguishing features that would be familiar to those who know him in the community.

The circumstances surrounding Rome’s disappearance have prompted authorities to issue an immediate call for public assistance. While there is no confirmation of foul play at this time, the urgency reflects the critical window that exists in the early hours after a child goes missing.

How You Can Help

If you live in the area or have traveled through South Cherokee Lane on the day of his disappearance, police urge you to check any home security footage, dashcam recordings, or photos taken nearby. Even small observations — such as seeing someone matching Rome’s description — can provide valuable leads.

What to Do If You See Rome White

If you believe you have seen Rome White or have any information regarding his whereabouts, please contact 9-1-1 immediately. Time is of the essence in missing child investigations, and community cooperation can make all the difference in bringing a child home safely.

Community Response

The Woodstock community is coming together in support of Rome’s family, sharing flyers and social media posts, and searching nearby neighborhoods. Police are also coordinating with other agencies to expand the search radius if needed.

Stay Alert and Vigilant

Please keep your eyes open in public spaces such as parks, bus stops, shopping centers, and sidewalks. Children who are missing may try to avoid attention, but your awareness could be the key to a successful recovery.

As the search continues, our thoughts are with Rome White’s loved ones. Let’s work together to bring this young boy home safely. Updates will be provided by the Woodstock Police Department as more information becomes available.
