Posted on May 2, 2025 by Usainsightreport

Green Bay, Wisconsin

It is with heavy hearts and deep sorrow that we share the tragic passing of Arlene Meghann Micoley, a cherished member of the Green Bay, Wisconsin community. Arlene was found in the East River of Green Bay after being missing for 24 agonizing days. Her unexpected loss has left a profound void in the lives of those who knew and loved her.

Arlene was far more than the heartbreaking circumstances of her passing. She was a vibrant, compassionate, and deeply kind soul. Her gentle spirit, thoughtful nature, and unwavering loyalty made her a beloved daughter, wife, friend, and community member. Those fortunate enough to know her remember her warm smile, her generous heart, and the quiet strength with which she approached life.

Arlene’s husband, Colt Micoley, was her closest companion, confidant, and unwavering source of support. Their bond was one of genuine love and partnership. Colt is now left to carry the weight of her absence, supported by the prayers, thoughts, and love of the community.

In honor of Arlene’s life and memory, Colt is organizing a memorial and balloon release, a heartfelt tribute to a life that ended far too soon. This gathering will serve not only as a remembrance but as a celebration of who Arlene was — a beacon of warmth, a caring presence, and a source of light in the lives she touched.

The community is invited to join in this celebration of her life, to stand together in mourning, and to support Arlene’s family in this time of unimaginable grief. As we remember her, may we carry forward the love and kindness that she so freely gave.

To all who knew her — whether closely or in passing — we ask you to hold her family in your hearts and prayers. Let her memory remind us of the fragility of life and the importance of compassion, connection, and community.

Rest in peace, Arlene Meghann Micoley. You are gone from our sight, but never from our hearts.
