The passing of Cody Joe Spicer on March 21, 2025, at the age of 39, has left a profound void in the lives of all who knew and loved him. As the community of Moses Lake, WA, comes together to grieve, they also gather to celebrate the beautiful, enduring spirit of a man who gave so much to those around him. His life, though cut short, was filled with love, laughter, and meaningful moments that will live on in the hearts of family and friends.

Born in 1985, Cody grew up with an adventurous heart and a strong sense of loyalty to the people he cared for. His easy smile and kind demeanor made him a friend to many and a beacon of light in times of hardship. Whether you knew him as a son, brother, father, or friend, Cody had a way of making you feel seen, heard, and valued.

He was known not just for his warm personality, but also for his strength, resilience, and his unwavering ability to bring joy to others. From his early days in Moses Lake to the relationships he nurtured throughout his life, Cody lived with purpose and compassion. He had a passion for the outdoors, where he found peace in nature, and he deeply valued the bonds he formed with the people in his life.

A memorial service will be held on Friday, May 9, 2025, at 10:00 AM at Kayser’s Chapel of Memories in Moses Lake. This gathering will be a space of remembrance, reflection, and shared sorrow, as well as a celebration of the light Cody brought into the world. All who knew him are welcome to attend and honor his life.
