With deep sadness and heavy hearts, we announce the passing of Joseph Andrew Golinski, who departed this world on April 26, 2025, at the age of 45. A beloved husband, devoted father, cherished son, and loyal friend, Joseph’s passing leaves an irreplaceable void in the lives of all who knew and loved him.
Born and raised in Worcester, Massachusetts, Joseph was a man deeply rooted in his community. He lived a life marked by quiet strength, kindness, and a fierce love for his family. From an early age, Joseph’s warm personality and generous spirit drew others to him. He was the kind of person who would go out of his way to help a neighbor, offer a listening ear, or bring a smile to someone’s face with his humor and sincerity.
Joseph is survived by his loving father, who guided and supported him throughout his life; his devoted wife, Nicole, who was his rock, best friend, and partner in all things; his children and stepchildren, each of whom he adored and nurtured with pride, compassion, and unwavering love; and his siblings, with whom he shared deep bonds and many cherished memories. To his family, Joseph was not just a presence but a light—steady, warm, and deeply comforting.
In addition to his devotion to family, Joseph had a strong work ethic and a love for life’s simple pleasures. Whether it was spending time outdoors, enjoying Sunday dinners, cheering on his favorite sports teams, or sharing stories with friends, he embraced life with a genuine spirit and a ready laugh. Those who were fortunate enough to call him a friend knew Joseph as someone who could be counted on without hesitation.
His legacy lives on not just in the memories of those closest to him but in the countless small acts of kindness he performed and the deep relationships he nurtured over the years. Joseph’s life reminds us all of the power of love, loyalty, and generosity, and though his time with us was far too short, his impact will be felt for generations to come.
A visitation and memorial service in Joseph’s honor will be held on May 8, 2025, at Mercadante Funeral Home & Chapel in Worcester, MA. Family, friends, and all whose lives were touched by Joseph are welcome to attend and celebrate the life of a remarkable man who meant so much to so many.
May he rest in peace, knowing he was deeply loved and will be forever missed.
