In Loving Memory of Tom Neuman (1948–2025): A Legacy of Vision, Integrity, and Heart

Posted on July 7, 2025 by Usainsightreport

It is with profound sorrow and heavy hearts that we announce the passing of our beloved Founder and CEO, Tom Neuman, who departed this life on July 3, 2025, at the age of 77. His passing marks the end of an extraordinary chapter in our company’s history—one written with innovation, passion, and unwavering commitment to excellence.

Tom was far more than a leader. He was the heartbeat of RevitaVet, a visionary entrepreneur who transformed an idea into a company that not only reshaped the way we think about equine therapy and technology but also fostered a culture rooted in integrity, compassion, and bold innovation. His leadership shaped not only the direction of the business but also the lives of everyone who walked through our doors.

Born in 1948, Tom Neuman possessed a rare combination of grit, intelligence, and warmth. He founded RevitaVet with a simple yet powerful mission: to enhance animal wellness through cutting-edge light therapy. What began as a bold idea quickly evolved into a globally respected name, trusted by professionals in veterinary care, sports medicine, and beyond. Tom’s relentless pursuit of quality, paired with his intuitive understanding of both animals and people, made RevitaVet a leader in its field.

But Tom’s influence extended far beyond his professional achievements. Those who had the privilege of knowing him personally remember a man of great humility and sincerity. He was a mentor to many, always generous with his time, insight, and encouragement. Whether meeting with international clients or chatting with a new intern in the hallway, Tom treated everyone with the same genuine respect and interest. He was never too busy to ask how you were doing—and he truly meant it.

To us, Tom was not only a CEO. He was a friend, a guiding force, and a constant reminder of why we do what we do. He believed in building something that mattered, something lasting—and he succeeded. His legacy lives on not only in the technologies he helped develop, but in the people he inspired, the trust he earned, and the values he upheld.

As we mourn this tremendous loss, we are also committed to honoring Tom’s memory by continuing the work he so passionately championed. The company he built will move forward with the same spirit and purpose he instilled from day one. Tom once said, “If you believe in something deeply enough, and you work for it every day, it will live far beyond you.” That belief now becomes our promise to him.

We extend our deepest condolences to Tom’s family, friends, and loved ones during this time of grief. The loss is immeasurable—but so too is the impact he made on all of us.

In remembrance and gratitude,

The RevitaVet Family
