A beloved mother, daughter, sister, and friend, Kerri’s radiant personality and deep compassion made an indelible mark on those privileged to know her. Born and raised in Morris, Illinois, Kerri was the embodiment of warmth, resilience, and generosity. Her ability to lift the spirits of those around her, whether through a kind word, a listening ear, or her infectious laughter, was a gift she gave freely. Kerri cherished time with her children and family above all else—she was a devoted mother whose love knew no bounds.
She had a special way of finding beauty in life’s simplest moments—sharing coffee with loved ones, cheering at her children’s games, or lending support to friends in need. Her faith, strength, and unwavering kindness were a constant source of comfort and inspiration to everyone around her.
Kerri is survived by her children, whose lives were her greatest joy, and by her devoted siblings, parents, extended family, and countless friends. Celebrating Kerri’s Life
Family and friends will gather to honor Kerri’s life during a visitation on Wednesday, July 2, 2025, from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at U.C. Davis-Callahan Funeral Home in Morris. A Mass of Christian Burial will follow on Thursday, July 3, 2025, at Immaculate Conception Church, where the community will come together in faith and remembrance to celebrate the remarkable woman Kerri was.
In lieu of flowers, the family welcomes prayers, acts of kindness, and shared stories that reflect the light Kerri brought into the world. Donations in her memory may also be directed toward organizations supporting children and families, causes close to her heart.
Though the pain of losing Kerri is immense, her spirit endures in the laughter of her children, the strength of her family, and the love she sowed in every life she touched.
