Kordell Kah, a beloved son of Knoxville, Tennessee, and a standout student-athlete, passed away unexpectedly, leaving behind a legacy of resilience, academic excellence, and athletic dedication.

Born and raised in Knoxville, Kordell was a proud graduate of Bearden High School, where he excelled both academically and athletically. His passion for basketball and commitment to his studies were evident from an early age.

Collegiate Career at Maryville College

Kordell continued his academic and athletic journey at Maryville College, where he majored in Neuroscience. As a forward for the Fighting Scots men’s basketball team, he stood at 6’7″ and weighed 230 lbs, bringing both physical presence and strategic insight to the court . During the 2022-23 season, he contributed to the team with an average of 3.0 points and 1.0 rebounds per game .
