Riverside County Sheriff’s Department Identifies Homicide Victim as Orlando Lara, 50, of Banning

BANNING, CA — The Riverside County Sheriff’s Department has officially identified the victim of a recent homicide as 50-year-old Orlando Lara, a resident of Banning.
