Supporting Michelle Alexander in Her Time of Loss

Posted on May 14, 2025 by Usainsightreport

In every workplace, there’s that one person who brings light to even the busiest, most stressful days. For us, that person is Michelle Alexander—our beloved receptionist from Philadelphia, PA. With her warm smile, kind words, and ever-positive attitude, Michelle has been a daily source of encouragement and comfort to all who walk through our doors.

She’s the first to ask how your day is going and the last to let you leave without a kind word. Whether you’re a longtime team member or a brand-new face, Michelle makes you feel seen, welcomed, and appreciated. Her compassion and generosity are the cornerstones of the environment we’ve all come to cherish.

Now, Michelle is facing one of the hardest chapters of her life: the loss of her beloved mother. As anyone who has experienced such a loss knows, grief can be an overwhelming journey—made even more challenging by the unexpected financial burdens that come with it. From funeral expenses to time off work and the emotional toll it takes, Michelle is navigating a season of sorrow that no one should have to walk through alone.

This is our opportunity—our moment—to give back to someone who has given so much of herself to all of us. Michelle has always been there for us, and now it’s our turn to be there for her.

We are rallying together to offer Michelle not just our condolences and prayers, but tangible support. Whether it’s a contribution, a kind message, or simply spreading the word, your involvement can help ease the weight Michelle carries right now. Every gesture matters. Every bit of generosity brings a little more light into her world during this dark time.

Let’s show Michelle how deeply she is loved and appreciated—not just for the role she plays in our organization, but for the incredible human being she is. Let’s remind her that she is not alone and that her work family and community stand with her, shoulder to shoulder.

Thank you for your kindness, your generosity, and your support of Michelle Alexander. Together, we can make a difference.
